Board certified in ophthalmology, Dr. Levin is Section Chief of the Division of Ophthalmology at Saint Vincent Health Center and is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology.

An Erie native, he has been in practice here since 1985. Dr. Levin received his medical degree from Hahnemann Medical College in 1981 and performed a four-year residency in ophthalmology at Pittsburgh's Saint Francis General Hospital.
